Acid Stain Floors
Acid staining is one of the most popular decorative effects for concrete floors, driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, and more.
Acid stains work by penetrating the surface and reacting chemically with the lime (calcium hydroxide) in concrete. The acid in the stain lightly etches the surface, allowing the metallic salts to penetrate more easily. Once the stain reacts, it becomes a permanent part of the concrete and won't fade, chip, or peel. A high performance sealer is applied to enhance the colour and durability.
Stains are available in subtle earth tones, soft pastels or vivid reds, oranges, yellows, and purples. Please contact Diamond Polished Floor
